Vision and bright lights

Question

i have this LED flashlight, and i accidentaly looked right into it with an eye. when i looked away i could barely see from that eye, and it hasn't really improved. it was only a few minutes ago though.

could it stay like this, or is this just temporary?

Just temporary, it's just like looking at any bright light for a brief period, your not going to see correctly for a couple of minutes. If these lights caused permanent damage by briefly looking at it, the FDA would not allow them to be sold, don't worry.
