  1. You can't improve your vision, or even make it worse for that matter. Wearing or not wearing glasses or contacts doesn't affect your vision whatsoever, nor will eating carrots, reading in the dark, or even wearing the wrong prescription. It is only your eyes that will control whether they get better or worse.

Also, your vision fraction  depends on many factors. It is impossible to tell you just by hearing your prescription.

    Take care!

  2. If you are wearing contacts and your vision

is changing, I would suggest you change to

glasses, which can be changed more easily

as your vision gets better, or worse.

You really need to see an opthalmologist

who can examine your eye very closely and

see is you have some kind of eye disease

    that's causing the problem.

If your vision is changing very fast, you

really SHOULD find out what's going on.

In the meantime, on your computer,

go up to the top of the page where it says

VIEW.  Click on this and go down to

"Text Size" click on this and click INCREASE.  You can keep increasing

until you can see it clearly.

  3. of course your vision is deteriorating. When you wear glasses or contacts you are damaging your eye sight. Do you think that your eye sight gets better from wearing lenses. It doesn't its just a crutch. Check out the bates method and other natural ways to permanently get your eye sights to normal. Its possible the human has the ability to heal its self. People who wear corrective lenses continually need stronger prescriptions.
