Vision problems...???

Question

I see best near, my perscription isnt too bad for both eyes its at 2.75 but when im outside looking about 10 ft away things get a little distorted like i see random shadows and it effects my game (softball). is it my contacts? i changed my left one which has been giving me the most problems and it helped some. its not a huge problem but its almost like how you would see if you were staring for a while and then tried to focus. im just not seeing a chrisp as possible. any help?

You need to go to the dr and get your eyes dialated to get a proper reading on what is wrong with your eyes. It sounds like a stigmatism or UV damage.
