Green is a good choice of colour since your site is about the environment. The bar for Navigation don't have to be so wide. The template is quite cool, but it would be better if you take off circle surrounded by other six circles thingy. Your photo album page is great. I like it how you can click into the photo albums without needing to refresh the whole webpage.
