  1. An easy way could be:

Terravision shuttle, they have a  connection bus whit Ryan air, Easy-Jet, Hapag Lloyd Express, Wizz Air.One way ticket for children 5-12 )4 euros,8 euros for

round trip 7 for children and 14 for adults. They bus arrive at Termini station and here you'll find the  B metro for the Colosseum or why not ...walk...it's very near.

  2. if you don't want to spend so much money with taxi, you can take the shuttle bus that brings you to the rome center or take a shuttle bus that will take you to the train station in ciampino (2 miles from the airport) and then take the train to rome termini and take a bus or subway to the colosseum.

    Ciampino-Rome Termini is a 15 minutes trip and costs 1.30 €.

  3. rome is a nightmare six lanes on motorway but ten lanes of traffic on it  2hours to do 3miles            walk!!

go to florence mutch better experience

  4. come out of the terminal in ciampino and there are 3 white state owned buses in front of you. one of them goes to anagnina. get on it. its a euro per person and a euro for a suitcase. when you get off, go down stairs and get the metro. change line at termini and the colosseum is only two stops away. it is 70c if you complete the journey in an hour, which you will.

if you want to either, come out of the terminal one of the other buses goes to termini. it is five euro. still have to get the metro one stop for 70c or you could walk. this way is slower because of the traffic, but you see more out the window.

what is the name of the hotel, cos you can see the colosseum from the top floor of a lot of hotels, not necessarily in close proximity to it.

  5. Well i went to Italy for a couple weeks one time and the most reliable way would be taxi. and the second is bus. but i would choose taxi it does get pretty pricy though and when me and my family found that out we just walked every where and the bright side of that is that you get a good work out.
