What do I need to do first if I have visitation rights to my daughter on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th weekend,and the mother is not letting me see her?

  1. File a Petition for Rule to Show Cause and have her held in contempt. Also a Motion to Compel could be filed for immediate visitation. Some states permit the police to gain control of children for visitation. Check with your local PD. You will probably need a copy of the visitation order signed by a judge for it to be enforced.   2. File a petition with the court.  She is in contempt of court.  If you can't afford an attorney the Clerk of the Court will give you the forms to fill out and help you correct any errors you make.  Don't delay.  Ask the judge to let her spend a few weekends in jail while you have the kids.
