anyone know where we can find what the recommended/typical visitation guidelines are in Kentucky for a non-custodial parent for infants and children under three years?

  1. The Family Court System in most states feels that equal time with both parents is in the best interest of the child. That said, if the infant is nursing, there must be accommodations in the "plan" you two work out for that. Anyway, the BIG PICTURE is that the Family Court System WANTS YOU 2 to come up with your own plan so that they don't have to. THEY don't know your child...work together and know that even if the infant spends more time with mom now, that will not always be the case later.

    I understand trying to mediate yourself. I've just paid over 10K to protect my children legally from their father. I now have sole legal and physical custody and he must have supervised visitation, etc.
