I have a HP a110y computer. Recently I have had an issue of not being able to view certain web sites. These are not secure sites, for example Taxcut , and State of Ohio. System says this page cannot be viewed. I had my internet provider tech on the phone for over 3 hours checking security setting etc. and they gave up, said call a regular tech for repair. I got the tech, he could not figure it out either.He took everything off the computer, cleaned it and reloaded it. Still I have the same problem. My internet is a dial up fast speed (DSL). The repair tech checked the websites I can't go and view with my computer at his home and no problem at all. So we are at a stand still. One thought is that the Modem that my internet provider has me using may have a problem inside it? I have made a call to the telephone co., they have never heard of this issue. So any thoughts from you? Any help is appreciated!!!!
