Visiting east london for a month and need a gym to go to....HELP!!!?

hi, need a place to work out! ive been looking online and it's impossible to find just a one month membership.....any suggestions? im in leytonstone but willing to work out just about anywhere in london....thanks!

The Leyton Leisure Lagoon, (if you get the 257 from Leytonstone its about 10mins away) offers pay as you go membership, as well as prepaid on a monthly basis...
