Visiting thailand next summer?

i want to completely plan out my trip ASAP. i will be 18 and i'll be going for senior week, not to party, but to have a relaxing vacation! can someone help me please? Also, what would you recommend seeing on my trip? and which beaches are the best? Thanks!

so coming to thailand.thats a great place.been there.so firstly get abt 10 days in hand.i will make the itenery.and gt atleast 2500usd along with you.just in case of emergence.

bangkok

first nite at khaosan rd.advise you to stay in sawasdee hotels on soi rambutri.abt 450 bhats as you are alone.rest the arriving nite if you get here in morning.

your first morning should cover grand palace,wat trimit,wat po and vinamek mansion.

then head to patunam market.thats a geat place for shopping.big c is good.

the next day book a tour for safari world and marine park.850 for one.the day will be great but tiring.get your bus tickets booked for phuket which is 500 bhats.

you ill leave this evening by 7 or 8.

you will arrive in phuket by 10.you may need to rest but you better head to patong beach.novotel is a good hotel.

the second day,go for phi phi,maya bay and khai island tour for 1300 bhats.

the third day go for james bond island tour.

then the follwing day go to vist kata,karon,patog beaches.

the next day gt a bus back to bangkok.around 650 bhats.

will arrive bangkok by 6.30 am at khao san road.head to patunam again.

take a bus from ekamia which is 90 bhats from patunam.128 bhats for bus.

go to koh larn island for 20 bhats ferry.stay there for a nite.

then come back to pattya.go to pattya beach and jometin beach..come back by evening.

then go to patunam again.shop there.

the following day you can see siam ocean world.750 bhats ticket.

shop only at patunam.

don,t ever get in a tuk tuk.they ae cheaters.

eat local delicious food.

Hi, We have just this week returned from there (Phuket). We had just done a world wide tour so like you wanted Thailand to be a relaxing vacation, which it was! Went Elephant trekking with a company called Siam Safaris (the only government certified company in Phuket) and they show other things like Monkey Shows, Thai Curry cooking classes etc. Also went snorkeling out at Monkey Bay and on 2 of the Phi Phi Islands - if you were to stay on either of these i would say Phi Phi Don is probably the nicest Island. Enjoy!

I just got back from thailand after 12 months travelling there, if you want a chilled time i recommend ko chang nature beach, hammocks, guitars playing, lazy days, good people, parties and quiet time also and no gogo bars!

Go to Railey On tonsai side in Krabi..Definately worth it. nice and kool place. really!

Maybe you should go to OTOP. It is like a huge mall, with handmade crafts. They have food stores, and even live performance, Thai music and dance. You can also paint your own washcloth. Have fun and good luck!
