  1. Yes, you have to have your credit checked, visit the dentist to have false sparkling white teeth put in. Then prove you own a Lincoln Navigator with ten stack CD player and have all eminem's greatest hits(if there are any ) playing loud as!!! If that is not enough sing the national anthem with yout hand on your heart and spit out crisp C-notes, that should work, and give the customs chick a big wet kiss on the way through.

  4. No, not so at all.  You might be asked how you'll pay for your trip; if so, tell the truth - money from your parents, credit cards, a friend will host you, whateve is true.  There is no statutory cash requirement for US travel.
