Visitor Visa to Canada

Is it possible to leave Canada while waiting for a renewal of visitor visa to be issued by citizenship and immigration Canada ? The current visa will expire in about 2 weeks and must leave Canada before its expiration.

  1. Better check with Citizenship and Immigration  "before" leaving and get an extension or you may not get back in .
