Vista: Cant get My toshiba satellite laptop past start up?

just recently I have just turned on my laptop and for some reason it just has a blank screen i have tried everything going through safemode running all the recovery and cmd prompt is there any other solutions as i am afraid formatting isnt an option

  3. U USE VISTA SO PLZ BOOT FROM ANY VISTA BOOTABLE CD WHEN INSTAL OPTION ON SCREEN THEN LOOK REPAIR STARTUP IN DOWN JUST CLICK AND U GET BACK UR VISTA WITH UR ALL DATA
