  1. Hello

You can try to re-reproduced Driver

    If unsuccessful

You need to clean up your registry file, you can visit http://www.Fix-pc-Master.com

    Good luck

  2. This device is not working properly because <device> is not working properly. (Code 31) in your case the Ethernet adapter.

Check properties for the adaptor and see why it is not working, click Properties."

This code appears when a device is dependent on another device to be functioning correctly. This does not include devices that are enumerated by the parent device.

The Properties button displays the properties for the other device. More than likely, the other device will also have one of these Device Manager error codes. Follow all the recommended solutions. If the devices still do not work, remove them from Device Manager and use the Add New Hardware wizard to redetect them. Finally, consult with the hardware manufacturer for updated drivers.  So try to remove the device in device manager and reinstall let us know if it worked

    Joe

  3. im not too sure about this, you may want to contact nvidia, wither that or downgrade to XP and wait for Windows 7, it seems like it is incompatible with vista, contact Nvidia, hopefully they can sort you out
