Vista & Internet Explorer 7 issues

Question

On my Vista Home Premium (SP1), Internet explorer has issues playing ANY adobe flash material (e.g. Flash games, youtube, ect...). I have tried reinstalling adobe flash. No help. Should I re-install IE7 for Vista? Is there a fix to this? Thanks.

Do you have admin rights when you install it? on IE, go to Tools- internet options and then the Programs tab, check to make sure that Flash is not disable. Also, try downloading and installing Firefox 3 to see if you encounter the same issue.
