Vista Parental Controls?

I was wondering if there is a list I can use to put in the allow and block in vista parental controls to enchance it. A list of a ton of inapropriate sites and apropriate ones.

No. It has parental controls in the control panel, but if I recall correctly it just logs info on what the kid is doing and blocks games with ratings too high. That's of the games that even support this rating feature, a vast majority do not from what I've seen.
