I tried to open the movie with Win Media Player, Winamp and BS player but it doesn't fix it. Just the voice but no picture, pls help!

  1. Do you have videos you can watch? If you have videos who's pictures you can see, then it is a Codec issue.

If it is the only video you have, I would still suspect a codec problem.

The best video player is Video-lan an open source program also known as VLC. This comes with many Codecs and generally opens and play more file types than any other player.

Go here to try it -  http://www.videolan.org/

Otherwise try a different video and see if you can see it.

  2. Its just a codec, When vista first came out they didnt install it at first, I have hundreds and hundreds of customers complaining at ME saying VISTA is not working.

Just download Vista Codec Package 4.7.2

    http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/...

It will reslove your problem within minutes.

    Enjoy your movie

  3. You probably need to download a codec.

Try installing divx and xvid. The community codec project might also help.
