  1. you don't actually need an anti-spyware although antispyware scan is pretty easy way to remove vista antivirus. you can also follow manual removal tutorial and delete the infection faster. here's the removal guide http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-antiviru...

  2. I have faced the same situation as you did, now my computer is in trouble.  It takes me a lot of time to search the virus. This virus can change their name, almost the same name as my file in my computer, it is very hard to determine which one is correct. I have already get rid of the virus, but it keep on coming. Now, I am thinking one way is to re-install my Vista Window, and hopefully in future, must be careful of those yahoo email. I think it is the easier way to do it rather keep on searching the virus and delete it. It is not easy to delete the virus.

My friend also suggested to me that buy the latest antivirus software to put in the system. I think it is no use because nowadays, those evil smart  people create virus easily havoc the latest software, even now  I really cannot differentiate which one is correct, because they have the same name as the original software. Furthermore, I bought some of the antivirus software, they keep on updating and if you want the latest copy, you need to pay for the software guarantee extension.

It is the best is to format all  in your computer and re-install the window software, and be careful in the future, not to open suspected email.
