why when you do a new installation does it not install media centre

  1. Windows Media Centre is always there, just go start > all programs > and at the top you'll have a list of programs before the list of folders, and there will be Windows Media Center.


  2. Are you selecting Home Basic during the installation? As I have formatted many PC's with Vista and whenever I reinstall Premium, Ultimate Media Center is always there
