I got this mp4 player for christmas, and I can't get my computer to recognize the device. I live with my friend and we share her computer, and she has Windows Vista (which I hate). I bought all of this music and downloaded it to my computer and can't get it on the player. Can anyone help me?I have tried just plugging it in and the first time it said that it had downloaded all of the software needed, and then it wont read it. A message will pop up saying that the device has malfunctioned and that Windows can not read the device. Please help!
