I got this mp4 player for christmas, and I can't get my computer to recognize the device. I live with my friend and we share her computer, and she has Windows Vista (which I hate). I bought all of this music and downloaded it to my computer and can't get it on the player. Can anyone help me?
I have tried just plugging it in and the first time it said that it had downloaded all of the software needed, and then it wont read it. A message will pop up saying that the device has malfunctioned and that Windows can not read the device. Please help!
