Vista search menu thing help!!?

I recently downloaded and installed vista inspirat 2 and got the vista look but not everything is exactly like it only a few minor changes like the top thing right over the address bar so its black instead of crystal blue and it installed through the hole computer so my dad had it and when he had it he had a search at the bottom left corner of the start menu but he likes xp so he changed it back for his user and when he changed back for a second he didn't have it please help (not for my dad) :P i need help on how to get it for my account do you have to be administrator to have it or tell me what i have to do if its in when you right click start menu and go to properties then the start menu thing & the thing that pops up then customize then advanced please help me!

  1. right click on the desktop monitor and select personalize


  2. right click go to properties right click again click start menu then you will have your start menu back and access your files as normal.

  3. Download TuneUp Utilities 2008. It fixes almost anything you can think of, including the prefetch option which apparently you're having a problem with. Just google it, and download the free trial for 30 days.
