  1. it will WIPE everything on your computer, windows included...

  2. Yes, but it will not have anything on it. Formatting C: removes all the data and the operating system. Machines run very fast like this, right up to the moment they stop and a black screen says "operating system not found" or similar. Do NOT play with the c: drive, you can very easily trash the system.

  3. mount it to a skateboard that makes it go faster.

  4. In a way, it will erase all the information on your computer.  If your computer has slowed down, try running a program called ccleaner (free download) this clears temporary files and such. You also may want to look at defragging your pc. This will also speed up your pc.

  5. It will erase everything on your hard disk.  You would have to reinstall Vista and all your programs and files.  If you don't mind doing this, then you will find that, for a while at least, your PC may run faster, but it will slow down as you continue to use your PC.

Keep it running smooth and fast by defragmenting your drive once a week cleaning up any rubbish.
