Visting Opéra Garnier?

Question

I am going to Paris for three weekdays at end of this May and I wish to go to the Paris Opera House.

I can't seem to find the visiting hours there on the website

so I want to know

the opera house's visiting hours

time of the tour guide

how much is the tour

do the staffs speak English?

any advice when I go there? Thanks in advance.
