Visting Perth in December for 6 weeks?

My partner has permenant residency in the UK but holds a South African passport, he has just got a new passport but his UK visa is in the old one - when he applies for an Oz visa, he will submit both but do you think this will hinder his chances of getting the visa?

  1. No it is fine to submit both as long as the visa is still valid.
