Visual Web Developer Express 2008?

i have made a website that is ready to publish. can i launch straight from visual web developer, if not what program do i use and what exactly do i ask my web hosting service? do i just copy files to a part of my computer or what? thanks guys

Since you are using Visual Web Developer. The webpage language will be in asp.net.  You need to upload the files to a web host which allows windows hosting.  Don't go for php hosting bcoz php hosting can't host asp.net files. You must select Windows/Asp.net hosting plans.
