Visual acuity tests?

In addition, applicants for RAAC must have a visual acuity of 8/3 or better in each eye, and a colour perception (CP) rating of no less than 2.

does any one have a free test to say if i have a visual acuity of 8/3

Is the 8/3 something that is european? we do the 20/20 thing here, so i have no clue at all how to tell you what to look for online. Revie the question a bit and let me know.
