Vitamin E question- Capsules?

I have read that Vitamin E helps diminish the look of scars left from pimples and the look of dark under eye circles. I have Vitamin E capsules and I want to break them open to put on my UEC and my scars. Would this cause me to breakout? The gel inside of the capsule is very thick so I am worried.

No way!  Vitamin E absorbs pretty quickly into your skin, and I've never had any breakouts from using it.  I break out constantly, lol, but never from E.  Clean your face befor you apply it.  I would definitely recomend you use Vitamin E.

No, your skin will be fine. Pierce the capsules with a needle and you can just press it out. It should be gel-like.

Your skin can only benefit from it, although if you have oily skin I would recomend it. Do it in the evening and massage into your skin. Its good. You can also purchase vit E in bottles.

Don't worry - if it's good quality it will do good, not cause breakouts.
