Vitamin E tablets?

Has anyone nottice a change to there skin after taking vitamin E tablets. If so how long before you notticed it. Thanks x

Yes vitamin E can help you heal scars very good if you apply directy on skin (vitamin E oil).  Pay attention most of all creams that claim to improve you skin have vitamin E on it.

i personaly have been taking vitamin e liquid jels every day for about a year now and i have not seen any change in the color of my skin or texture of it.    of course im only 18 and i have young skin yet.  im not sure about elderly folks.  maybe they have seen a diffrence in there skin.   but i have never seen a change in skin from anyone that ive known to take vitamin e pills
