Vitamin Water Jelly?

Question

I started prepping my golf bag for the season and I discovered an old lemonade vitamin water bottle sitting in one of the pockets.

It's been in there for almost a year I'm guessing.

But at the bottom, there's a little lemonade-colored, gelatinlike glob that is surrounded by a bit of liquid. (Some that was left in there I'm guessing). It sorta looks like phlegm when it's coughed up and spit out.

Bacteria?

Congealed Vitamins (haha)?

Just wondering, but what is this stuff?

Bacteria would be my first guess.

eat it! but seriously, can't be anything too bad. probably just the vitamins and sugars in the drink
