Vitamin overdose?

how much of a certain vitamin pill would someone need to take that will just get them sick enough to go to the hospital, but not to kill them or cause permanent body damage?

Any overdose is going to cause permanent bodily damage.  Ever heard of your liver?  Kidneys?  Every time you consume more toxins than your body can handle---even if those toxins are in the form of potassium, niacin or iron--you risk damage to those organs.  Over time that builds up.  

Vitamins are especially dangerous because things like niacin and potassium can cause a heart attack.
