  1. its just water, sugar and coloring added to it. those are just advertising.. it doesn't work at all. if you need some vitamins in your body.. you should take vitamin (pills) not that vitamin water

  2. It doesn't work

you can't really get the vitiams you need from water anyways.

If you want something to drink, drink Sobo Life Water it isnt full of all the sugar and such.

  3. It really does not work. Vitamin water is honestly worst for you than Soda if you are trying to lose weight. Do to the levels of sugar it packs a lot of calories. You are honestly better of just taking a daily multi vitamin. If you do not like plain water try sparkling water or adding lemon to your water.

  4. I think it's just KoolAid, it taste and looks like it, if you read the ingredients it's basically sugar water.

  5. It's basically just sugar water and has no nutritional value whatsoever.  It's just a brilliant marketing scheme.

  6. Depending on your perspective vitamin water works great --- the manufacturer makes money (a lot, wholesale vitamins are very cheap esp water soluble ones) and you believe their hype.

If you're asking if it you need it as a vitamin supplement --No.

  7. its just vitamin enhanced water.  its not supposed to do anything except give you the vitamins you need on a daily basis.  i dont even know how well it does that cause it gives such small amounts.

i cant say any of them have ever given me energy.

please notice how many calories one of those has.  if you do need vitamins your better off taking them in pill form with a glass of regular water.

it also has lots of sugar
