Vitamin water vs. Regular water?

im de-hydrated so says my doctor but i hate water... i have kinda dark circles around my eyes but not that bad my mom says its because i dont drink water. and my hands are kinda [[not soft]] well my skin isn't soft im 14 years old.

i like the lemonade vitamin water[[the white one]] but is it the same as drinking regular water i heard drinkin water is good for your skin but i dont like water

if i still drink vitamin water will it hydrate me and my skin??

  1. vitamin water has too many chemicals and sugars in it

    so it probably wont

    drink water, its really unhealthy not to drink water


  2. You need atleast 8 cups of water a day! Vitamin water is made out to be good for you but it is full of calories! Water is truely the only liquid that will keep you full hydrated. All those other drinks are full of sodium and that just makes you feel more thirsty. Trust me, stick with the regular water, it's not that bad. and your body & skin will thank you in the long run!

  3. Regular water... it has no calories and it tastes almost just like the vitamin water... vitamin water is nasty!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. Propel gatorade sounds right for you. However simply adding lemon to water can have profound effects on the flavoring.

  6. no water is always better. eventually you will just have to drink water. Vitamin Water will help for now but water is ALWAYS better.

  7. you can drink flavored water instead............. or suck on ice cubes if you don't/can't drink flavored water........ and i think that drinking vitamin water (not alot) will hydrate you.... but it has alot of sugar..................

  8. One of the vitamin water flavors (essential) contains a complete days worth of vitamin c, in one drink, with low calories, so I recommend drinking it if it gets you to drink the fluid...period!  And yes, it will hydrate you.

  10. Vitamin water tastes like poo .. If anything drink flavored water like Propel or Dasani .. At least that doesn't have a lot of calories and other unnecessary sh.it.

  11. regular, it may taste like nothing, but you rehydrate even more, and doesnt have about 50-100 calories

  12. i like vitamin water, but it can make you more thristy. Water does not. Water can come in different flavors, if you dont like regular water.

  13. propel has less calories and tastes good too

    but you should drink water-at least like a glass or 1/2 glass a day
