Vitamin water vs life water?

ok hi

today is the first time iv'e had vitamin water nad i love it!!

i tried the Life water pomegranate and cherry

and it was gross

what is your favorite?

and WHY?

Vitamin water is loaded with sugar.....check the ingredients....if you are going to drink water......drink water and if you want flavor get the packets that are sugar free

Neither. Those vitamin waters are a ploy by their makers to take advantage of a growing health conscious, yet ignorant public.

Don't get me wrong, I will buy bottled water if I am out and need a drink. I simply cannot drink tap water unless it is purified or at the very least filtered. Vitamin water however is simply unnessary.

I don't need extra nutrients ADDED to my food and drink unless it is needed. For example milk. To process and use calcium in milk your body also needs Vitamin D, magnesium and maganese. Therefore it is perfetly fine to put those in milke. Antacids deplete the body of calcium so it is natural to put calcium in antacids to replace what it depletes. Otherwise there is no reason to add extra stuff to food and drink when it is not needed.

Activia does the same thing and I can't stand it. As I said just a way for these companies to take advantage of the public and make more money. As long as you are eating well, even if you do eat junk, supplement like you should be doing then there is simply no reason on Earth why you should have to buy stuff that ADDS all of this extra stuff to it.

Well I read in Men's Health that Vitamin Water is suppose to be very unhealthy. Hope that helps.

Life Water > Vitamin Water, why?

Look at the nutritional table and look at the HUGE difference.

Life Water = healthy

Vitamin Water = a gimmick to make people believe its healthy.

I'd say vitamin water. 2 reasons. 1. who doesn't like vitamin water!! and 2. I'm drinking it right now. Yum, tasty.

I like vitamin water the green tea flavor because I love Iced Tea but it has so much sugars and had kinda alot of calories when vitamin water only has 50 and 13 grams of sugar. I didnt like the life water because all the flavors just sound nasty but I tried to the pomegrant cherry kind and ew it tasted like a jello drink yuck I just stick to vitamin water the green tea flavor =]

Oh yeah plus I just read what the other ppl posted about this question and hardly none of them makes ne since i got the bottle sittin here right in front of me and it has 13grams of sugar wow ppl lie so much for a 10 point question. Lol and vitamin water isnt even made by coke it says on the bottle its made by GLACEAU nd well yeah that is true about the calorie thing buh um that DOLE stuff has way more calories in it than vitamin water hun..

I worked for vitamin water before coke bought them, Now coke changed the ingredients to corn syrup instead of regular sugar.  Also those drinks are no even good for you unless you don't get vitamins in other ways. There is as much sugar as a coke, and almost as many calories.  Putting all the c**p in you with the small amounts of vitamins does nothing.  If you want a healthy drink get the "Strawberry, Orange, Banana" Juice by "Dole", It is so delicious and 8oz. is 2 whole serving of fruit which has tons of vitamins that are way better than any vitamin water.

If you must drink vitamin water or life water, is like gatorade almost, so make sure you are exercising or being active, if you just sit and watch TV and drink that **** it will only make you fat.

TO THE GIRL ABOVE MY COMMENT, it is 50 calories per serving and 13 grams of sugar per serving and in EACH BOTTLE there is 2.5 servings, so in one bottle that is really 125 calories and 32 grams of sugar in one bottle.   Its so you think your not consuming as much c**p.

Life water-try other flavors. Vitamin water SUCKS, plus the only reason people know about it or drink it is b/c of advertising all the time. LIFE WATER <3

I prefer the vitamin water over the life waters.  My favorites are the orange and lemonade.  Life waters taste a little syrupy to me.
