is vit. C good or bad for weight loss, i have heard rumors that it does not help, is this true and why?

  1. It is the biggest booster for your immune system. Without it and less nutrition you can get your self really ill.  Be sure and take it.

    Besides its ascorbic acid. BURNS FAT by neutralizing it.


  2. Vitamin C is good for you and your body craves it so yes it is good for weight loss, however, it won't make a drastic change.

  3. Vitamin C is an essential vitamin for daily cell reproduction and body health in general.  It is not specificly used for weight loss, but if your body is deficient in nutrients then the process will be slowed down.
