Question:

Vitamins, minerals, supplements,what should i do?

i'm 18 years old, and i'm just wondering if i should be taking any sort of supplement or vitamins/minerals?

i'm very small i'm abour 5'1 and i weigh 100 lbs. althought i am very healthy i've been to the doctors and he says its because i'm very active.

i play on two soccer teams, a volleyball team and i do tap dancing and ballet.

should i be taking anything?

do you suggest i take anything? and what do you suggest?

  1. Don't take anything as long as you are healthy and eating good


  2. If you are healthy and have no health problems then there is no real reason to take anything at all.  If it makes you feel better, you could take a multimineral/multivitamin, but other than that......... IF IT ISN'T BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT!!
