i'm 18 years old, and i'm just wondering if i should be taking any sort of supplement or vitamins/minerals?i'm very small i'm abour 5'1 and i weigh 100 lbs. althought i am very healthy i've been to the doctors and he says its because i'm very active.i play on two soccer teams, a volleyball team and i do tap dancing and ballet.should i be taking anything?do you suggest i take anything? and what do you suggest?
