Vitamins E?

my doctor have given me some tablets, which have Vitamins E and folic acid. plz tell me in which natural things(like vegiteble and fruits or any other thing), i can found this?

  1. Particularly high levels of vitamin E can be found in the following foods:

    Asparagus

    Avocado

    Nuts

    Peanuts

    Olives

    Red Palm Oil

    Seeds

    Spinach and other green leafy vegetables

    Vegetable oils -- corn, sunflower, soybean, cottonseed

    Wheat germ


  2. Best natural sources for Folic acid are ~ deep green leafy vegies, carrots, tortula yeast, liver, egg yolks, cantaloupe, apricots, pumpkins, avocados, beans, whole and dark rye flour.

    To add on to the previous posters suggestions for foods rich in Vitamin E ~ enriched flour, whole wheat, whole grain cereals and eggs.

    Please bear in mind that folic acid is part of the B complex of vitamins and the B complex of vitamins works best synergistically (as a group)......  ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and folic acid etc............ ;0)
