  1. You can't get too much of B12 because it breaks down in your digestive tract.  Most of the other B vitamins are water soluble, so the excess will be urinated out. You're safe. Keep up the good work!

  2. If you do not have a vitamin deficiency, there is no need to take vitamins. B vitamins are water soluble. They should be taken with water after a meal. Some of the un-used B vitamin such as B12 are stored in the liver for later use when needed. Most of the un-used B vitamin is discarded via urine. You can tell by the color of the urine, it turn light pale yellow.

Now coming to your specific question, it is possible to accumulate extra B vitamins over long time where they can be toxic.

  3. You can't really overdose on water soluble vitamins. Only fat soluble vitamins (since the vitamins can easily be stored in fatty tissue) can be overdosed on.

B's are excreted through the urine when in excess of what the body needs. You are safe, however if you want to know if you are wasting your time, look at the daily value of the multi, b complex, and b-12

  4. I would check how much B-12 is in the B-Complex. There should be an indication how the dosages compare to the recommended daily value (FDA) and take it from there. When in doubt, go to your local health food store and ask if they have nutritionist. I go to my local InviteHealth store that offers free nutritional advice; they look at my personal situation and diet, that's important too.

  5. ALL commercial "B" vitamins, except B-12, are made from a petroleum distillate, Coal Tar that is a non living chemical and are NOT good for you.  In fact, they will cause a reaction in the body when you first take them because they are a chemical activator, not a vitamin, and then they will damage your DNA and actually shorten your life.  "B" vitamins are made in your intestine by the friendly bacteria that is also about 3/4 of your immune system.  If you keep that bacteria healthy, as most primitive people did, you will get plenty of "B" vitamins in your body.  The only way you can get "B-12" vitamins that are in their COMPLETE complex as nature intended for you to get them is from eating meat.  The "B-12" vitamins must go through your stomach and be broken down by a protein enzyme to make the molecules of the "B-12" smaller to be digested properly.

Yes, you will feel something at first when you take that junk because the body will react to it, but as I said, in a very short time if you continue taking them, the body will reject them and the damage will begin.

The other aspect of all this is that all those pills contain Magnesium Stearate that is a known immune suppressant, trans fat, and nutrient absorption inhibitor.  Why do you think your urine turns yellow when you take that junk?

In regard to the vitamin overdose, yes this can and does happen all the time.  Most people are not aware of the problems this causes.  The reason a vitamin can overdose is that the manufacturers make "SINGLE ELEMENT" chemical activators that do not have ALL the cofactors the body requires to properly utilize vitamins.  A very good example of this is Ascorbic Acid, they call vitamin C that is not vitamin C at all, but just 1 element of the complex.  There are 7 cofactors associated with vitamin C as nature makes it that we know of.  If you don't get those cofactors, same problem, DNA damage and in fact, ascorbic acid depletes the body of calcium and other problems, such as if you take ascorbic acid and drink a coke, you've just made BENZENE in your liver, an extremely toxic chemical to the body.

Ascorbic acid as sold in stores as vitamin C will not even cure scurvy.

Those so called "chewable vitamins" are loaded with junk and especially sugar.

The only vitamin product I've found that does not contain excipients like the mag stearate, silica, etc. and is from once living sources, is at:  (800) 370 - 3447.  I use and recommend those to people because they are manufactured to very high standards and have a high quality cell resonance that the body does NOT reject.  They sell a "B" vitamin source that is broken down in a natural process that results in the "end chain" form and it goes into your body in seconds and is actually used with NO DNA damage; NO yellow urine.

    good luck to you

  6. I read the long answer and found the website for that number. It's healthline.cc and it looks really great so far. You just can't trust what medical science has become in the mainstream.
