Vitamins and supplements?

Is it a good idea for an 18 year old guy to take things like calcium and fish oils for better health. I know they can't hurt, but is there good benefits for someone my age to take these? Also, what vitamins/supplements do you recommend to take? Thank you!!

  1. Calcium is good for your bones, fish oil is good for you heart. Also our body needs multy vitamins, but excess of every thing is bade, so it is better to consult a doctor.
