Vitamins for Miagrains?

A few years ago my dr told me about some vitamins that would help my miagrains... I know one was Feverfew,but i dont remeber the other 2 if someone could tell me, I would be so greatful...

  3. Magnesium fixes a lot of migraines. Just make sure to combine it with potassium to make sure it's absorbed properly. Food sources for potassium include bananas, melon, and tomatoes.

  4. the essential oil of lavender is great for migraines.

    make sure that it is 100% pure

    when you get a miagrain you can put a couple of drops on a cloth and have it near you head.

    or if you want to lay down put a couple of drops on your pillow
