What vitamin do you take to boost energy levels? In tablet form???

  1. if you are from india , you can try a tablet called "Acti-Life". It is a multi-vitamin tablet. Im not sure about boosting energy levels though...  


  2. I don't know about vitamins, but fishoil and wheatgrass are good.

  3. Take a good quality multi B complex for energy. People often recommend B12 but the B vitamins are suppose to work together. Also a good quality Ginseng with Ginko Biloba help out too. There is even a green tea pill too which can help.

    Also energy starts wit the basics too.

    1. Sleep. There simply is no replacement if you don't get enough.

    2. Water. When properly hydrated water is a natural energizer. If you feel tired drink 2 glasses of water. If you feel better after 15 minutes then you were just dehydrated not tired.

    3. Take a good quality multi vitamin/mineral supplement. We all need to supplement. The RDA/RDI was established as the bare minimums to prevent nutritional deficiency diseases. For optimal health and energy we need more. With supplements you get what you pay for. Most store bought ones are simply not worth the money. I recommend only 1 brand.

Ugh, I hate to even see this question.  You shouldn't need vitamins at all unless you live in a third world country.  Your body doesn't process vitamins taken in pill form very well.  You mostly pee them out.  All those vitamins saying 1000% of this vitamin is pretty worthless, it's just good business for vitamin industries.  If you eat whole foods such as vegetables and fish, and keep away from corn syrup laden foods then you are fine.  A good rule of thumb is that if the first or second ingredient in a food is corn syrup, then it is junk.  Corn syrup is a sugar, and your body doesn't care if it is cane sugar, refined sugar, or corn syrup, it's all sugar and will be turned to fat.  Just stay away from processed foods and don't p**s your money away on vitamins.
