Vitamins question..............?

I have vitamin E 400 I.U, Vitamin C 1000mg, Vitamin A 8000 I.U, Omega 3 fish oil 1200 mg and Zinc 50mg. How should i take this vitamins. Can i take all of them at the same time or should i take them separately and should i take them on empty stomach or while i am eating.

  1. The vitamins should always be taken with meals with a glas of water. This slows down the absorption for maximum effect,

    Fish oil 1200 mg can be  taken three times a day. Vitamin A, E, C and Zinc are high dosage and should be taken only once a day. You should read the label of Vitamin A. Unless 50% of the Vitamin A is in the form of carotene, I would NOT take the Vitamin A. It is your choice.


  2. Wow.... you are a "kiasu" man. You take so many supplements, it is no good for YOU, too much for your body and it is a waste, your body need a certain amount, not as many as you mentioned -5 types. "KIASILUNG!!"

    Anyway, please don't take supplements on empty stomach, it is better to take after food. Please drink a lot of water after dosing your supplement. You should schedule your supplement, for example:

    morning breakfast - Vit A, and Vit.C 1000mg

    afternoon lunch - Vit E and Zinc 50mg.

    Night dinner - Omega 3 Fish Oil 1200mg

    So that your body can absorpt more vitamins, nutrients and mineral in the intestine.

  3. You meant 1 pill for E, another pill for C, another pill in A....?

    Get a multi-vitamin, all vitamin and mineral in one pill.

    For me, I eat half pill only per day.
