Vitex Question?

I was looking into started vitex so i was doing some research, although most the stuff i read was GOOD, there was some questions if its best to take it from CD1 until ovulation or taking it throughout the enitre cycle.

Any personal experiences or suggestions?!

You can start vitex at any time during your cycle, not only cycle day 1.  Start taking it as soon as you get it, and stop it after confirmed pregnancy.  There is no need to stop it after ovulation.  It is best, actually, to take it until your BFP, to help continue to balance your progesterone.



I was on CD106 when I started vitex.  I was not pregnant, and AF had shown no sign of coming.  Five days later, my period started!  I have been taking 1200mg a day, Nature's Way brand which I purchased at http://www.herbalremedies.com



I have already noticed an improvement in my complexion, as well.  I have recommended vitex to everyone that I know who has an irregular period.  Now I just hope that I ovulate now!  Good luck!
