  1. I have not used this but hear its great for menopause> after a radical hysterectomy I never did go into menopause ? My Dr. started me ion the patch and I used it for about a year > its now 4 years later and I do get a few ( maybe ) hot-flashes and  use nothing for them. I guess they are not bad enough for me to start on the patch again.

    Good Luck Lucy.

  2. The Vitex is good hormone balancer. ProGest is helpful for most. Everyone is different and even when you find exactly the right combo no reason to expect it will be exactly right 6 months or a year from now, as your body changes.

Nettles is a wonderful, nutritious herb but that's a slow way to get the minerals. I might suggest you also take a 3 mg. Boron supplement while you wait for the nettles to work. It is alkaline, so may work best to take between meals.

If you experience no ill effect after a week or 10 days, please increase the Vitex. One dropper a day isn't enough and you may not notice the positive effect for a long time at that rate. If you don't feel better in a month, try adding Dong Quai to your regimen.
