Vitex question, for those who tried it? ?

Well, another month passed. AF showed her lovely face today.

Although I am disapointed at the lack of a nice BFP, and another failed month, I am extremely excited about the fact that my body managed to ovulate on its own this month (a first since Jan 08).

I am a little skepticle that my body will stay on track, I've heard that Clomid can stay in your system which may be the cause of my "natural" ovulation this month...

Anyhow, I'm looking into starting a natural regime, including using Vitex.

Any success stories out there? Women who ovulated on Clomid but didn't conceive, any luck with natural approaches?

I started using vitex a month ago I take it 3 x a day and i have had cylces as long as 60-74 days so its very frustrating and i usually dont ovulate or ovulate too late and the egg isn't viable.  well after only one month I ovulated today cd17 on my clear blue fertility monitor and i have all the other signs we'll see if my bbt increases the next few days and if it works fingers crossed!!!!!
