Vittorio Fondazion and Scholarship money?

I've gotten a couple of e-mails from the Vittorio Fondazion about recieving some sort of scholarship from them, and I'm just wondering if they're a real entity or if it's a scam.

If you actually applied for a scholarship or if you have previously requested information from them.  If not, then it is surely a scam.
