It goes like this: I'm sitting at a desk, and I start to sway. I can't control my body, so I fall forward and hit my head on the desk, fly backwards, and everything turns white. Then, my eyes close and all I can see is black.

My arms are full of pressure, and I feel like I have a neurological disease. At this time, I realize that I am dreaming so I will healing energy into my arms. Out of the black, I can see my arms begin to glow yellow, but it's like an xray, because I can sort of see my bones and nerves. The more energy I send into my arms, the brighter yellow they glow. Then I get a sensation, and I move into my brain. I can still see my hands, but there is an image of my brain and I can see all of the electrical impules and the gray matter very animated and pumping. There was a compartment in the back of my brain that was wildly pulsating, the energy powerhouse.

Then, I'm travelling very fast through my nerves and veins. There are so many colors everywhere! Then I wake up.

  1. Hurting your head in your dream signifies that you aren't comfortable that you have enough understanding and rationality, or maybe you believe that you are not smart enough. Seeing white means you may be looking for a fresh outlook on life.  The black symbolizes the unknown or the unconscious, all of the things your not sure of. Your arms hurting in your dream  may represent the struggles and challenges in your life right now. Your arms turning yellow means you may have a fear or an inability to make a decision or take action.

So, to wrap this all up, you have some things in your life that aren't feeling comfortable right now. You feel that your life is chaotic and your struggling a bit but you have a fear of making any decisions concerning these struggles right now. The fact that your arms got better in your dreams means that you do have some faith in yourself,

    Note:

All of the weird things you were feeling could mean that your arms were asleep while you were actually dreaming and that feeling got incorporated into the dream.

  2. I think you just had a lucid dream. A lucid dream is a dream where you know it is a dream and are concious. Next time you have one, try to do other things, you can do ANYTHING in a lucid dream. try to fly, or to transform. I envy you.
