my neighbours cat has just bought one of these home to our door. I've got it some eaties but am thinking....is it fairer to let it go somewhere or keep it (with the rest of my menagerie??)

I want to keep it as I've never seen one before and have experience of keeping reptiles and it's classed as 'not endangered' but equally it's a wild creature so should be 'out' there'? What you think peoples??

  1. Viviparous? Viviparous means it gives birth to live young rather than laying eggs. Viviparous is not a species of lizard. Regardless, wild animals are better off in the wild.

  2. If it's from the wild I believe it should be put back were it belongs. Being kept captive will be stressful for it as it only knows how to live a wild life, it has not adapted to a captive environment. I think you should only have it untill you're satisfied that it has no injuries or anything of the like, then return it to the wild. I think it's the kindest thing for the creature.
