Vivitar V3188 3MP Camera - Any good?

I'm thinking of buying a Vivitar V3188 3MP

are they good?

i dont have that exact camera, but i do have a camera from vivitar...

it was only £20 from asda, takes good day time pics however night time pics are seriously useless! the flash is soo bright and it makes the pictures over exposed.

Try and hit 5/6 Mp with Optical Zoom

Would try & go for an Olympus , Canon  or Nikon if possible . Maybe Fuji /  Kodak
