Viza information???????

i want to call my friend from egypt to india,can i get viza for him from india only and send that viza of his name to egypt... is it possible to get viza from india for an egyptain person who still live in egypt...plzz help me to know

There are two options.

1.You have to send an Invitation letter addressing to visa officer,Cairo, Egypt    along with his passport details.

2.he can directly go to the Indian Embassy in egypt and apply for a tourist visa.
